Directions

  1. Cook broccoli in boiling water according to package directions.
  2. Drain broccoli, and spread it in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  3. Mix chicken, soup, mayo, mushrooms, and curry powder and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.
  4. Spread chicken mixture over broccoli.
  5. Sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan cheese over top.
  6. Cover dish with foil and freeze.
  7. To prepare for serving, thaw dish, and bake covered in a preheated 350 oven for 40 minutes.
  8. Remove foil, stir to bring colder food in center to the outside, bake for 20 minutes more.

Made exactly as directed, including the Curry Powder. I thought it was bland & very unattractive. And the spreading of the chicken mixture is impossible with the Brocolli underneath it. Would not make this dish again.

This was a really good recipe! And so easy to make!Due to food allergies to dairy, I subbed cream corn for cream of chicken soup! LOL Funny thing is, the kids ate it up, hubby didn't complain! It was a bit sweet, and next time I will add the curry to combat that, but it was eaten well by all, so overall I can't complain! I didn't even have a reaction! yay!!! The next time I make it I will add crushed corn flake in melted butter to the top for a different flavor/look! :) WTG!
