Nutty Raspberry Blondies

"a delicious white chocolate brownie from a little cookbook someone gave me. wath out for the cooking time or it might get slightly burnt. Don't thaw the rasperries before using, but if you want yo can swap for fresh raspberries"

ingredients

• 125 g butter
• 200 g white chocolate
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten lightly
• 3⁄4 cup plain flour
• 1⁄2 cup self-raising flour
• 100 g white chocolate, extra, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely
• 150 g raspberries, frozen

directions

1. heat oven to 180 C/350°F.
2. grease and line a 23 cm square pan.
3. melt butter and the 200g chocolate on low heat, stirring until melted.
4. cool until just warm.
5. stir in the rest of the ingredients.
6. spread mixture into prepared pan.
7. backe for 40 minutes or until firm.
8. cut into 18 squares.
