- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 4 peanut butter sandwich cookies, crumbled into bite-size chunks
- 1⁄2 cup honey roasted peanuts
- vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream
directions
- In each parfait dish, layer a spoonful of chocolate syrup, peanut butter cookie chunks, a sprinkle of honey-roasted peanuts, and a scoop of ice cream.
- Repeat layers, ending with ice cream.
- Top each parfait with a spoonful of chocolate syrup, peanuts and whipped cream.
