- 4 (453.59 g) fish fillets (your choice)
- 177.44 ml seasoned dry bread crumb
- 78.78 ml finely chopped nuts, pecan is my choice
- 7.39 ml lemons, zest of
- 118.29 ml low-fat buttermilk
directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix breadcrumbs, chopped nuts and lemon zest together, and place on a large plate.
- Dip each fish fillet in buttermilk, then into the breadcrumb/nut mix.
- Press gently to coat.
- Place each fillet on baking sheet, bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
