Directions

  1. Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  2. Form into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Cook on grill 5-6 minutes on each side, or 4-5 minutes in a skillet.
  4. Toast 4 buns, and serve.
