Made these more as a trial run & was so pleased wit them that I'll be adding them to my next finger food buffet when I host the next of several monthly meetings! I usually stick with sweet pickles, but a small slice of gherkin on each of these added a great boost! I did season with lemon pepper rather than the usual S&P! Thanks for sharing the recipe! These were so yummy! I' don't love devilled eggs, but I really enjoyed these. I didn't have ham, I did add a splash of lemon juice and then topped it with a sliver of baby dill pickle for garnish. The crunch was awesome and the flavors were a great combination. Thanks for posting. These are probably going to be my "go - to" devilled egg recipe for holidays and parties!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... We're always looking for new deviled egg recipes... thanks for a great one! I used leftover honey ham in these tasty bites. I omitted the mustard (personal preference) and used a little extra mayo and vinegar to make up the difference. Instead of gherkins, I garnished with some green onion. It made a lovely sweet, salty, sour, and spicy combo!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you?
