This makes a pretty good sandwich. I made it exactly as stated, and I think next time I'd take some liberties - maybe walnuts instead of pecans? Maybe add some curry? It was good, but I have a feeling with a slight modification could be really great. I am happy to have tried this recipe and am sure to make it several times.
