Low GI Smoothie
- 4 peaches or 4 nectarines, sliced ans stoned
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry
- 1 large banana, chopped
- 6 tablespoons natural sugar-free yogurt
- 6 brazil nuts
- 2 teaspoons agave syrup
- Place the peaches or nectarines into a juicer and extract the juice.
- Pour the juice into a blender with the remaining ingredients except the agave syrup and blend.
- Add the agave syrup to sweeten if desired.
