Yum! We really enjoyed this oatmeal for breakfast this morning. Found it last night and was able to make it with a couple modifications using what I already had in the house. I didn't have craisins or almonds, but I did add pecans. Also added a splash of vanilla and about a teaspoon of brown sugar. The banana made it big enough for two small servings, which was fine, but I would also have been happy not to share!

This was a great morning treat! I added a little bit of brown sugar to this just because I thought it wasn't sweet enough for me. I like having the idea of some nuts in my oatmeal! Thanks for the recipe!

This turned out creamy and delicious. I forgot to put the almonds in so I added them on top, which I think may have been even better since they stayed crunchy. I usually put some Splenda in my oatmeal, but didn't really miss it in this version because the banana adds sweetness.
