I love these sweet cake-like breads. I don't remember where this recipe came from, (maybe my mom, as I have had it for years) but I used to make this when I first got married. It has been years now since I made this--may just make it again.

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients all together.
  2. Combine milk, eggs and peanut butter; beat till smooth.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients and beat till smooth.
  4. Pour into greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
  6. Makes 1 loaf.
