    Ingredients:

    • 2 ½ cups nutrigrain cereal
    • 2 ½ cups unsalted mixed nuts
    • 35 g French onion soup mix
    • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
    • 1⁄3; cup olive oil

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 180 C.

      Line a large baking tray with baking parchment.

      Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

      Toss well to coat.

      Spread out on baking tray.

      Bake 15 minutes. stir every 5 minutes until hot and crisp.

      Cool completely and store in air tight jar.
