I'm anaemic and this is a nice easy way of getting a big hit of iron in one go. Doesn't taste too bad either!
This would be a good nutritional drink for ANYBODY, pregnant or not. I havne't tried it, but am adding to my smoothie "rotation" list. I also add protein powder to my smoothies. This looks super, and a nice break from the usual banana/strawberry concoctions I tend drink. Thanks for posting.
