I created this icing to compliment Nutribar Vanilla "brownies", although it could be used on any kind of cake. There is no added fat. If the icing is too runny when it was just made, try refrigerating, or freezing, it before frosting your cake.
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons brewed coffee (cold) or 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons meal-replacement vanilla powder
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Whip everything together until smooth.
- Spread over cooled cake.
