- 118.29 ml hard margarine or 118.29 ml butter, softened
- 118.29 ml smooth peanut butter
- 236.59 ml liquid honey
- 2 large eggs
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 709.77 ml quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant)
- 354.88 ml all-purpose flour
- 236.59 ml unsweetened medium coconut
- 236.59 ml sultana raisin
- 177.44 ml wheat bran
- 118.29 ml shelled sunflower seeds
- 118.29 ml chopped walnuts (or your favorite)
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 4.92 ml salt
directions
- Cream margarine and peanut butter in large bowl. Add honey, eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
- Add remaining 9 ingredients. Stir well. Roll dough into balls, using 1 tbsp for each. Flatten slightly. Arrange cookies about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in 375 degrees F oven for 12 minutes or until golden. Let stand on cookie sheets for 5 minutes before removing wire racks to cool.
