A refreshing salad fo rthe Summer months. Simple to make and refreshing to eat. From Land-O-Lakes Cookbook.
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 cups red seedless grapes (or green)
- 2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
- 2 cups honeydews, cubed
- in large bowl stir together all ingredients (except grapes, cantaloupe and honeydew).
- add remaining ingredients, toss to coat.
