This is a nice, quick and tasty breakfast or midnight snack!
- 4 English muffins
- 1⁄2 cup butter (I use Better Butter,My Way #117086)
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄3 cup nuts, chopped (your choice)
- Split muffins and toast lightly under broiler.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Spread on muffins and broil until bubbly.
- They can be frozen and reheated in the microwave.
