  • In a bowl, microwave the butter and almond butter for about 30 sec. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix it thoroughly. Then zap again for about 1,5-2 mins until fluffy. Cut into slices. To add a bit of sweetness, i sprinkled the Sukrin on top of the slices.
