"Vietnamese fish sauce for dipping spring rolls or for any Vietnamese dish that call for it"

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1 cup

ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 4 tablespoons white vinegar
• 4 tablespoons white sugar
• 5 tablespoons fish sauce
• 1 -2 minced garlic clove
• chili flakes or serrano chili, to desired heat level

directions

1. Put all ingredients except garlic and chilies into a small pot.
2. Heat on medium high heat till sugar is dissolved.
3. Let cool down
4. Add garlic and chilies
5. Enjoy.
