      This side dish contains such pretty colors. I did use frozen brussel sprouts, homemade chicken stock, & pimento stuffed olives. The mellowness of the sprouts was terrific...no bitterness at all. Thank you for a recipe I will use again!

      This recipe made brussel sprout lovers of my entire family. First served it at Christmas dinne and several times since. Great side dish -- can not reccommend it enough
