This recipe is very spicy and sweet. It is a must keep at our house. The chops were very tender and moist. I served it with baked potatoes.

This was an easy recipe and came together just as written. Lots of leftover sauce.

Made this wonderful recipe in my favorite kitchen appliance a pressure cooker (8 qt. Cooks Essentials from QVC). I browned the pork chops removed them, sauteed the onions and added all of the other ingredients, then put the chops back in. It took only 20 minutes to cook and the meat fell off the bone no knives needed. I left out the peppers and artichoke hearts since my husband doesn't eat them, doubled the tomato sauce and it was still full of flavor. I made plenty of rice to soak up the sauce. I recommend using pork chops on the bone. Bon Appetit!

I thought they were good and my kids ate them too but mny husband was not a fan. I would make them again if he was out of town.

this was insanely tasty!! the flavors are outstanding. i'm making this tonight for the second time this week! i pretty much followed recipe exactly, except for the sauce. i use a store bought sauce that i jazz up with chicken boullion, garlic powder, cayenne and the balsamic vinegar. i really love the flavor from the balsamic...what a great idea! i finished the whole dish off with capers...which i think was a nice addition and shredded parm. this recipe is a real winner. thanks so much for an elegant crockpot keeper! served over pasta with garlic bread. mmm-mmm! thanks again, sue!

Darn fine for alittle something into the crockpot... really enjoyed the flavours. Nice change to do artichoke with pork (vs. chicken). I did recipe as written except I cooked mine in the pressure cooker instead. I agree with other reviewers that it was abit too much sauce so I'll probably cut back abit next time.

Won some pork chops in a raffle. Didn't want to grill them, come out tuff when I do that. So loved the taste of this recipe. The next time I make it, I think I will make extra sauce and turn it into soup. Thanks for a lovely meal. Just made this for the second time and hubby says this is the only way he wants pork chops from now on.

This was very tasty! I made it when I had company that night and everyone loved it! A lot of people went for seconds and were disappointed when it was all gone! The only things I did different was I used a regular sized can of olives, chopped instead of the bell pepper. Also, I left out the crushed red pepper flakes. I served it with corn and garlic bread. Yummy!
