Not the Same Old Rotel Cheese Dip

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 small onion, finely minced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• salt and pepper (to taste)

directions

1. Sauté onions in butter.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until heated through
3. and cheese is melted.
4. Serve with Scoops or tortilla chips.
