- 453.59 g chicken tenders
- 2 (595.33 g) can cream of chicken soup
- 340.19-453.59 g sour cream
- 14.79 ml lemon pepper
- 14.79 ml poppy seed
- 4.92 ml sea salt
- 118.29 ml butter
- 60 Ritz crackers
- 946.36 ml cooked jasmine rice
directions
- Marinade the chicken in recipe #92702. I let it sit for a couple of hours and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let the chicken cool then shread. Mix the rest of the ingredents down to salt. (The lemon pepper to taste.) I just like it to be in the background and not to overpowering.
- Meanwhile melt the butter and add to the crushed crackers. Place 1/2 the cracker mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 12 casserole dish. Spread the chicken mixture on top then top with the rest of the crackers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through and crackers are crunchy.
- Serve over the rice.
