This was awesome! Quick and easy, and a great taste, I did use wheat crackers but that was the only sub.and everyone loved the fish. I knew it had to be good when it came form Taste of Home.

I made this a while back-not sure where I got the recipe from but it's just great!!! I used walleye that my husband had caught and deep fried it. Truly an awesome dish.

Very easy. Great base recipe- will try with some spices next time. My kids (who won't eat fish) loved it! They thought it was chicken & asked for seconds. Thanks Hey Jude!

This was the easiest fried fish coating ever. The fish tasted delicious. The fish I used was tilapia. This is a keeper. Thanks Hey Jude. Bullwinkle.

This fried up very nicely, but my daughter and I thought it needed something to spice it up a tad. We used talipa filets and I added a little lemon pepper, but it was still a little bland. The recipe is worth experimenting with. Thanks HJ for a really nice recipe.

I'm adding this to my favorite seafood recipes cookbook. DH misses the Wisconsin Friday Fish Fry, and I decided to try this Friday night with cod fish. It's a winner in every way. Minimal ingredients, fast to make after a long work week, and so delicious! The crispy coating even held up while being kept warm until everything was finished. I did add some lemon pepper seasoning to the beaten eggs. Thanks for sharing this great recipe.
