Really great fresh tasting soup! I thought the sprinkling of nutmeg was a wonderful garnish that really adding something. Rather than frozen spinach I used fresh baby spinach leaves, so therefore let it gently boil a few minutes before adding and only left the spinach in a few minutes before serving.
