Make and share this Norwegian Sausage & Vegetables (Cotter's Kettle) recipe from Food.com.
- Bring water to a boil then melt the bouillon in it.
- Stir in the vegetables then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Made this dish for an "around the world" dinner party featuring Norway and it was a huge hit! Many said it was their favorite! I followed the recipe to a T (which is quite unlike me) and am so glad I did! Super easy, really good, and my first introduction to Leeks. :) Thanks!
