5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. New twist to mac and cheese
- 2 (20 ounce) packages Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- Greese generously a large deep pan with butter. Layer potatoes alternately with cheeses.
- Mix sour cream with evaporated milk and pour over potatoes and cheeses.
- Bake till potatoes are done at 370 oven about an hour.
