One of my favorite basic recipes, just like my mother used to make. I might use just a little more parsley, and maybe add just a little bit of sage.

I love parsley potatoes. Salting the water does make a difference. This was sprinkled with fresh parsley from my herb garden. Made for *ZWT6*

So tasty and so simple! I used red potatoes as that is what I had on hand and used fresh parsley from the garden. I also used sea saltand unsalted butter. Sometimes simple IS best! Thanks for posting Carrol. Made for ZWT 6.

I think BIL is on to something. It's been a long time since I've had parsley potatoes; I'd forgotten how good they can be. A very simple and enjoyable dish. Made for ZWT 6.
