Norwegian Meatballs

"I tried to find this recipe on this site and couldn't, so I apologize if it's been posted before. This is a family tradition for us. My mom makes these meatballs every time we have a big family gathering and everybody eats until they're sick! :) They're just amazing!"

  1. I gave this 4 stars because some of us like it and some of us weren't sure. I used turkey burger (because I got it on sale really cheap) and ground pork and I thought the meatballs were delicious. We weren't crazy about the sauce, but I can't figure out why. We will certainly make the meatballs again! Thank you for sharing your recipe! Made this for Spring PAC09.

I'm getting married next year, so I'm wanting to learn a few things about cooking. I'm not the greatest cook, but I can make a few things. And I'm slowly getting better. I'm trying to find more and more recipes so that I can find what I'm good at! :) My favorite cook book is the mini Taste of Home things that have the tear out recipe cards. Those are the most amazing things ever!
