Let me start by saying I really HATE making meatballs (I find it tedious) but I really love them, so I am really glad I decided to try this recipe. They are so good, it made it worth it to do the tedious part! :) Spices were perfect and the gravy was very good. I used ground pork, but subbed ground turkey for the beef and that worked well. And I love that they are baked, so you don't have to stand and turn them and do them in batches. Served with wide egg noodles. My grandfather was born in Norway and he would have liked these a lot! Made for My 3 Chefs game.
