Cookies were way too crunchy at 12 minutes. Even too much at 10, Not the oven, I was baking all day long, these were the only ones that gave me grief.

Love these cookies! I made them with gluten free all purpose cake flour, and nobody can tell they're not "normal" flour. I did cut back the sugar to 1/2 cup, just personal preference because I don't like it really sweet and the raisins provide sweetness, too. Thanks for sharing :)

These cookies so remind me of Christmas...I love them hot. They are very easy to make and they smell so yummy as they bake. Made for ZWT3. Photo to come.
