  • Pour the milk over the bread in a bowl.
  • Mix together hamburger and pork.
  • Add the eggs, salt, pepper, ginger, mustard, nutmeg, dried onion, then the bread and milk mixture. Mix all together well and form into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  • Place the meatballs into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees until browned and cooked through, thirty to 45 minutes.
  • The drippings can be used to make gravy that can be served separately or poured over the meatballs.
