Recipe by rochsann
This recipe is adapted from one of my favorite cookbooks, "Pacific Fresh" by Maryana Vollstedt. It rates great and easy with me.
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1⁄2 clove garlic (or one small whole clove)
- 1 -2 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
