This is very simple sauce we eat with cooked beef from soup. Please use fresh horseradish root.
- 200 g horseradish (whole root)
- 2 tablespoons beef stock (or just soup)
- 5 g salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (red vine vinegar)
- Grate horseradish.
- When grated pour hot soup (or stock) over, add salt and vinegar. Stir well and serve.
