- 2 tablespoons soymilk powder or 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat milk
- 1⁄2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry
- 1⁄2 medium banana
- 1 1⁄2 cups ice cubes
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass.
