Noodle Koogle ( Kugel )

"This is a traditional Jewish good eats! This was given to me bay a co-worker from Barbados. I made it for my family at Easter time around 5 years ago and now it is requested for Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving."

  • Cook and drain Noodles.
  • In large bowl mix other ingredients together.
  • Add in noodle to mixture.
  • Place in a casserole dish or baking foil dish.
  • Sprinkle top with more cinnamon (optional).
  • Bake at a preheated 375’ oven for an hour.
  • Let warm and enjoy.

  1. I loved this kugel. It was sweet and delicious and all that I had hoped for. Since I did not have raisins I used a can of sour cherries and it came out great!
