my nonie made this for me when i was 14. when i moved out on my own i only knew how to make a few meals. then i remembered how she made this and i eat it all the time. hope you enjoy it.

- 1tear lettuce into bite size pieces and toss in a bowl.
- 2drain mandarin oranges (i usually save a little juice).
- 3add mandarin oranges to lettuce.
- 4add pine nuts.
- 5toss salad.
- 6pour desired amount of dressing on salad.
