Non Dairy Glazed Pecan Ice Cream

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 2 liter

ingredients

• 2 (453.59 g) container non-dairy whipped topping (Rich's)
• 6 eggs
• 59.16 ml maple syrup
• 99.22-113.39 g chinese pecans or 99.22-113.39 g glazed pecans (crushed)
• 177.44 ml sugar

directions

1. Beat egg whites with the sugar.
2. In a small bowl,whisk the egg yolks and maple syrup with a fork.
3. In a separte bowl, beat the whip. Add yolk mixture.
4. Fold egg whites into whip.
5. Fold in pecans.
6. Reserve some peacans for garnish.
7. Freeze.

Delicious! I made it twice and everyone loved it. I shared it with friends who are lactose intolerant. You can easily make your own glazed nuts as well.
