- 2 (453.59 g) container non-dairy whipped topping (Rich's)
- 6 eggs
- 59.16 ml maple syrup
- 99.22-113.39 g chinese pecans or 99.22-113.39 g glazed pecans (crushed)
- 177.44 ml sugar
directions
- Beat egg whites with the sugar.
- In a small bowl,whisk the egg yolks and maple syrup with a fork.
- In a separte bowl, beat the whip. Add yolk mixture.
- Fold egg whites into whip.
- Fold in pecans.
- Reserve some peacans for garnish.
- Freeze.
