    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 2 medium ripe avocados
    • 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 1/4 cup cacao, powder
    • 1 tablespoon carob powder
    • 1/2 cup raw honey or 1/2 cup agave nectar
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 1/2 whole vanilla bean
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 2 tablespoons sunflower lecithin powder (You can use Psyllium husks but it will have to set in the freezer and stay there or else it won't ho)
    • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

    Directions:

      Blend all ingredients except the last two in high speed blender until smooth.
    2. 2
      Add sunflower (NOT SOY) lecithin and coconut oil and blend some more.
