    Chef Mommie's Note:

This non-alcoholic drink is very easy to make. In my search I have found that the apricot is full of beta carotene, the apricot is said to have good health benefits. They have a supply of vitamin C. Nutrients in apricots can help protect the heart and eyes, as well as provide the disease-fighting effects of fiber. The high beta-carotene and lycopene activity of apricots makes them important heart health foods. It is also said that Apricots contain nutrients such as Vitamin A that promote good vision. Hope you like it!

Loved this combo, I didn't have cherry syrup so used a small splash of grenadine for a refreshing, tangy & tart treat.

This tart and tangy slushy drink was delicious...just the perfect pick me up. I loved the combination of apricot, lime and pineapple...yummy. I also used Grenadine (pomegrante syrup). This was quick and easy to make and is a very pretty refreshing drink. Perfect for a lazy summer day.

Loved it! I didn't have apricot nectar so peeled and pureed two fresh apricots instead and also used a little grenadine. This was refreshing and tany with the lime juice inclusion. Please see my rating system: a lovely 4 stars. Thanks!
