  1. Preheat oven to 225°F.
  2. Beat the egg and water till frothy.
  3. Add the nuts and mix till well coated.
  4. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. bake for 1 hour.
  6. Stir every 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
  8. This can be stored in a airtight container for up to 4 wks.
