No Yolks Noodles and Chicken Teriyaki

- 255.14 g No Yolks egg noodle substitute
- 453.59 g bag broccoli coleslaw mix
- 14.79 ml oil
- 226.79 g chicken breasts or 226.79 g boneless pork chops
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 2 clove garlic (I use more)
- 304.75 g can chicken broth
- 44.37 ml teriyaki sauce (I use more)
- 9.85 ml cornstarch
- 2.46 ml red pepper flakes
directions
- Cook NO YOLKS to package directions Add broccoli slaw at 4 minute mark, return to boil and cook for additional 2 minutes.
- drain and keep warm.
- In large frying pan, stir fry meat in oil until browned about 5 minutes.
- Push meat to one side and add onion, garlic, cook 1 minute.
- Mix 2T chicken broth and the cornstarch in a small bowl, whisk until smooth, pour into garlic and onion mixture.
- Add remaining broth,teriyaki sauce and red pepper to pan and cook,stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.
- Serve immediately over noodle broccoli mixture.

This recipe is everything you promised. I was surprised by the recipe too and it was quick and easy to prepare. Most importantly it was tasty. I stretched out the servings to 5 and calculated it to be six points using the recipe builder tool on WW.com. This will definately be going into my tried & true cookbook.
