      Totally yummy! I love this idea and it tastes great! I mixed in just a couple out of 6 yolks and just a little teaspoon or so of veganaise - but just because I love the taste! You could really play around with this. Thanks!

      Thanks for sharing this idea! I actually used the yolks, mashed and mixed in with the hummus. I used a Roasted Garlic Delight hummus with paprika, and it was fabulous!

      We still used the yolks, only used 1/3 cup of hummus. Turned out great. We rarely have mayo in the house, because I am the only one that will eat it and that is occasionally. So This was a great alternative. Even my kids love it. They like it more than the eggs made with mayo. Next time we will try the straight hummus.

      Used different flavors of hummus. I liked this recipe more than my husband. We both like hummus and I think that in order for this recipe to be appreciated you must care for that ingredient. Took to a picnic and it was not really liked.

      What a fabulous idea. This would never have occurred to me ... I'm on WW, so the idea of being able to add some protein (the egg whites), and to enjoy my scrumptious hummus without using bread or crackers, is really wonderful. Already tried this with some homemade sun-dried tomato hummus and it was TERRIFIC! Thanks for posting this.
