  1. Cook Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns according to directions.
  2. In a medium bowl combine chicken, cooked hash browns, mayonnaise, and curry powder.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Divide equally among the lettuce leaves. Roll. Enjoy!
  5. Note: This recipe can be eaten right away, but is best left to refrigerate for one hour to allow the flavors to develop.
