I was a little nervous when I saw cheese in the ingredients but gave it a go and turns out I really like this recipe. Very chocolaty, moist, and a little chewy thanks to the oatmeal. I did change a few ingredients to what I had on hand. I used coconut flour instead of oat flour. And I don't know what Ener-G egg substitute is so I used a tablespoon each of flax meal and chia seeds with the 6 Tbs of water as my substitute. Everything else was just as the recipe said. I didn't taste the cheese and it was pretty fast and easy to make. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 2014.
