if you don't like sage, which I don't, this recipe makes a very nice tasting sausage without the use of it. Good on pizza,casseroles or breakfast patties.
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fennel seeds, crushed
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- Combine all very well & refrigerate overnite.
- makes about 4 patties, or enough crumbled for a good size pizza or casserole.
