I don't know about other places in the world but in Bulgaria it is awfully hard to find a skim milk fruit flavored yogurt with no sugar added. But I found a way to indulge even when I am on a diet. And here it is.
- 1 cup skim milk yogurt
- 1 pinch sugar-free fruit flavor drink mix (peach seems to work best)
- artificial sweetener (optional)
- Dissolve the soluble drink in the yougurt; don't put too much because the yougurt might get too sour to eat- the mix should be very lightly colored.
- Add sweetener to taste if needed.
A quick way to flavor up your yogurt. I used Crystal Light's raspberry lemonade and had to add a little more yogurt. A pinch really is a pinch.
