Great easy recipe with wonderful flavour. I also added some corn, peas and carrots (1 cup total) to make an all in one meal over noodles.

This was yummy and tender. I substitued 1/2 c. white wine for the club soda per what I had in the pantry everyone loved it. I also added cubed carrot, potato, onion and celery to get those veggies into our diet. Will make again for sure. Thanks for the recipe.

I've been making this for ages, except that I use 1 cup of ginger ale in place of the club soda. This is one of those "go to" recipes when I don't want to have to think about dinner.

I guess I had higher hopes for this one. I really didnt think it was as good as the other ratings indicated. I actually prefer a simple roast without the club soda. I think I will stick with my old recipe.

Great taste, and this was extremely tender too. I followed the recipe exactly. My DH really liked this alot. We served this over rice next time I'll try the noodles. Thanks this was quick and delicious!
