Too watery -- might be better with fruit juice instead of water. Also I would add some herbs. I accidentally used a whole teaspoon of paprika, but it wasn't too strong after all.

This is a really tasty dressing but to cut down on the calories I used the white powdered Stevia but only 1/4 tsp. because I didn't want it that sweet.
