Healthy lunch treat for dieters and diabetics!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 12-4 ounces tuna
  • 1 slice Italian bread, broken into small bits
  • salt and pepper
  • 18 teaspoon chives, chopped
  • 18 teaspoon Italian spices
  • 18 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 ounces skim milk
  • 1 stalk celery, diced

Directions

  1. In a small casserole, combine all ingredients.
  2. Moisten with water to desired consistency.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly brown on top and piping hot all the way through.
