I recently took the plunge into vegetarianism and I have never felt better! However, I did miss my ice cream treats until I discovered this little trick ;-) *Note, this is not vegan because oregon chai does have honey in it.
- 2 cups ice
- 1⁄2 cup oregon chai caffeine free chai tea mix
- 1 cup soymilk (I like Naturally preffered)
- fruit, to taste (or just drink it plain)
- Put all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Use more soy milk if you are having trouble getting the ice to blend.
